Objectives and Key Results (July 1st - October 31st, 2011)

• Objective: Apply with the Google Ambassadors team (with Alex J)
  • Key Result #1: Get them to sponsor a EU university.
  • Key Result #2: Get them to grant access for hosting resources and organizing events.
• Objective: Set up documentation on procedures related to obtaining donations from Romanian companies (with Laura V, Claudia C)
  • Key Result #1: Get the documentation and plan rehearsals
  • Key Result #2: Compile list of companies
  • Key Result #3: Get the presentation portfolio up and running
• Objective: Prepare a warm-up algorithmics contest for the ACM chapter, as well as a presentation on data structure efficiency case study.
  • Key Result #1: Select in between 10 and 12 intertesting problems for the warm-up.
  • Key Result #2: Implement the benchmarks for the case study.
  • Key Result #3: Prepare a presentation on the case study.
